The shell and armrests of the Archibald dining chair are made from moulded rigid polyurethane while the internal padding consists of soft moulded polyurethane and polyester wadding. The frame, also padded in polyurethane foam and wadding, is made from birch plywood. The four-legged base can be fixed, made of wood or metal in various finishes, or swivel in wood with a “return” mechanism that allows 360° rotation and automatic return to the original position. It can be upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather or fabric. In the leather version, the Archibald dining chair is enhanced with contrasting stitching.
